Alexander Kuilman

Alexander Kuilman is a lawyer and conflict management consultant, trainer and mediator. His practice includes mediation and negotiation training and consulting, both in the public and private sectors. Most recently, he has provided conflict management training and services through, among others, the Harvard Mediation Program, the Internal Revenue Service, Bickerman Conflict Resolution Group of Washington DC, Mediation Works Incorporated of Boston MA, various departments of the Government of Canada, Training Task Group International, Vantage Partners LLC. His clients’ fields of expertise range from science and technology to finance, consulting to pharma, namely: Samson, Bélaire, Deloitte, Eli Lilly, Standard & Poors, Chiron Corporation, Northrup Grumman, and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Kuilman is also an Adjunct Professor at Université de Montréal’s HEC.

He previously practiced general litigation in the law offices of Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto. Mr. Kuilman still acts as a French prosecutor for the City of Hamilton. Mr. Kuilman earned his bachelor's degree with Distinction from McGill University, his L.L.B. (civil law) from Université Laval, his L.L.B. (common law) from University of Western Ontario Law School, and is a member of the Upper Canada Law Society. He is fluent in French.
