Andrew Lewis

Andrew Lewis is a New York-based consultant and trainer. His work focuses on helping organizations and individuals to improve their results through more effective communication, leveraging his diverse professional experience in organizational development, change management, and consumer marketing. Mr. Lewis has consulted to clients across many industry sectors, including financial services (Fidelity Investments, MasterCard, ING Bank), professional services (Deloitte & Touche), and pharmaceuticals (Rhône-Poulenc, Novartis, AstraZeneca). He has worked on a full-time basis in the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Spain and Belgium, and has consulted with clients in many other countries.

Most recently Mr. Lewis held positions in change management and organizational development at Goldman Sachs. He was an internal consultant and project manager for a major internal reorganization of the firm’s back office functions. He later took on responsibility for the design and delivery of management training programs, focusing on such areas as change management, process re-engineering, leadership, and conflict resolution.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Lewis was a management consultant, specializing in the implementation of large change initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions and internal reorganizations. His clients included Fortune 500 companies in the financial services, professional services, and pharmaceuticals sectors, as well as major public sector organizations such as the British Civil Service and the European Commission.

He has worked at Procter & Gamble in brand management, where he helped launch a new laundry and cleaning products business in France.

A dual British/American citizen, Mr. Lewis grew up in Brussels. He speaks fluent French and Spanish, and has working knowledge of Dutch. Mr. Lewis holds an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
