Paul MacKinnon

Paul MacKinnon is a motivated and experienced Facilitator and Learning Consultant with proven expertise in the effective delivery of performance solutions to help support his clients in achieving their business objectives. He offers strong coaching and people development skills and an ability to adapt to a variety of audiences in an engaging and supportive manner. He creates an interactive learning environment where participants are encouraged to take ownership of new concepts.

Mr. MacKinnon has delivered programs on re-engineering, process improvement, sales and leadership to many companies in North America, such as Bell Canada, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank, CIBC Wood Gundy, SONY Canada, Ontario New Home Warranty, ScotiaMcLoed, as well as Lafarge Construction Materials and Rich Foods in the United States.

Before becoming a Facilitator and Learning Consultant, Mr. MacKinnon worked at the Royal Bank for 25 years. He spent his last nine years at the Royal Bank focused on Training and Development, specifically in needs analysis, program development and facilitation. His range of work includes financial analysis, communication, conflict management, leadership, sales and customer service.

Mr. MacKinnon is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to deliver training programs or consulting services using the Indicator. He has also completed an in-depth leadership program as part of the Schulich School at York University.
